Notes:
The main feature on this DVD is the Dutch broadcast of Tori's performance at the Pinkpop festival.
This was broadcast as the festival was happening. Apparently there also was another (re-)broadcast of this gig as I have an audio version with some different tracks, which was sourced from a TV broadcast as well (at least, that's what the info file says).
The Belgian special has some footage from Pinkpop (Raspberry Swirl) not featured in the original Dutch broadcast, which might be another clue of a different version being out there somewhere.
The special ends with some footage from a meet and greet recorded in The Hague; my (then) girlfriend (now wife) attended the gig and got to talk to someone from the Belgian TV crew. The segments of Tori talking were most likely recorded in The Hague as well.
