Notes:

There is some hiss every now and then, most noticeably during
"Take To The Sky" (from around 2:20 to 2:45), that came through the PA
system and is not a problem with the recording.

The beginning of "Girl" on disc 2 is cut due to the minidisc swap.
No vocals parts were lost -- just the first few seconds of the music.
